Christina Lladó Conscious Education Mentor
Christina Lladó is a conscious education mentor and the creator of The Connected School, a wellness-centered framework supporting schools in cultivating connection, regulation, and whole-community wellbeing and creates communities where leaders, teachers, and children thrive.
She is the founder of EduCares Inc., through which she now works exclusively in school wellness and conscious culture transformation. With over 30 years in education, Christina’s work centers on helping schools restore nervous-system safety, emotional intelligence, and relational trust for leaders, educators, and students.
Christina began her journey in 1996 as the founder and Head of School of Montessori Children’s Academy, a heart-centered learning environment she led until she successfully exited in 2015. In the decade that followed, she worked extensively in school growth, partnering with schools nationwide and supporting more than 2,000 schools through periods of expansion and transition.
Today, Christina has intentionally shifted away from growth-focused work and dedicates her practice fully to wellness for schools.
Through The Connected School, Christina supports school communities in moving out of burnout and chronic stress and into cultures of presence, care, and connection. Her work is grounded in the Limitless Activation Method, which integrates nervous-system awareness, emotional regulation, somatic practices, and values-led consciousness to support sustainable wellbeing across the entire school ecosystem.
Deeply informed by her experience as a mother to two children, Gabrielle and William, Christina is a strong advocate for inclusive, human-centered education. She blends neuroscience, somatic awareness, and developmental insight to help schools create environments where both children and adults can feel safe, seen, and supported.
Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida International University and Graduate Certificates in School Management and Leadership from Harvard’s Graduate Schools of Education and Business. In 2021, she received the Innovation Award from the American Montessori Society.
