Christina Llado is the visionary behind EduCares Inc., leveraging her profound personal and professional experiences as a School Growth Expert to reshape the educational leadership landscape. With a career spanning over 30 years, her story weaves through the founding and successful sale of Montessori Children's Academy, consulting for over 2,000 U.S. schools, and managing twenty private institutions. At the heart of Christina's philosophy lies Conscious Education, dedicated to fostering growth and creating nurturing, heart-centered environments for all members of the educational community.
Her mission intertwines deeply with her personal life, especially inspired by her son William’s journey with Autism, ADHD, and ODD. This has driven her to champion the needs of children with exceptionalities, leading to innovative, holistic approaches for all children everywhere. Christina's academic prowess is backed by a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Graduate Certificates from Harvard's Schools of Education and Business in School Management and Leadership reflecting her commitment to holistic educational excellence.
In 2021, her innovative contributions were recognized with an Innovation Award from The American Montessori Society, affirming her impactful work in education. Living in Miami with her two children, Christina's life is a testament to blending passion with professional dedication, exemplifying a powerful model for educational leaders worldwide. Together with Christina’s mission to contribute to world peace by empowering educational communities through "The Brain & Body Break tools," and Hypnobreathwork her work represents a revolutionary approach to education.
