Christina Lladó is the creator of the Limitless Framework™, a transformational approach that helps school leaders build thriving schools, empowered teams, exceptional parent experiences, and sustainable growth without burnout.
As the founder of EduCares Solutions, Christina partners with Montessori, independent, charter, faith-based, and progressive schools nationwide to strengthen leadership, elevate culture, increase enrollment, and create educational communities where both children and adults flourish.
With more than 30 years of experience in education, Christina combines school leadership, organizational growth, culture development, and human-centered education to help schools navigate growth while staying aligned with their mission and values. Her work bridges the gap between enrollment, leadership, operations, culture, and wellbeing -allowing schools to scale their impact without sacrificing the people behind the vision.
Christina began her educational journey in 1996 as the founder and Head of School of Montessori Children's Academy, a thriving learning community she successfully built, led, and exited after nearly two decades. Since then, she has supported more than 2,000 schools through periods of growth, transformation, and organizational change.
Today, Christina works with school leaders through consulting, coaching, speaking engagements, retreats, and leadership development programs. Her signature approach integrates leadership development, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, nervous system awareness, and strategic school growth to help leaders create schools that families love, educators thrive in, and communities champion.
Known for her ability to blend practical strategy with transformational leadership, Christina helps school leaders move beyond survival mode and into a new model of sustainable success—one where growth, wellbeing, culture, and impact work together.
Christina holds a BBA in Management from Florida International University and Graduate Certificates in School Management and Leadership from Harvard's Graduate School of Education and Harvard Business School. She is also the recipient of the 2021 Innovation Award from the American Montessori Society.
