Christina Lladó helps schools bridge the gap between structure and soul - aligning strategy, systems, and culture to create communities where leaders, teachers, and children thrive.
Christina Lladó is the visionary founder of EduCares Inc., a consulting and transformation firm reimagining how schools grow, lead, and thrive. With over 30 years in education, Christina’s work bridges the worlds of strategic school management and conscious leadership, helping school leaders cultivate alignment, clarity, and cultural wellbeing from the inside out.
Her journey began in 1996, when she founded and led Montessori Children’s Academy, a thriving model of heart-centered education which she later sold successfully in 2015. Since then, Christina has consulted with over 2,000 schools nationwide and managed 20 private school campuses for a leading education provider. Her expertise spans operations, enrollment growth, leadership development, and organizational culture — but her approach is far from traditional.
At the heart of EduCares is Christina’s belief that schools don’t just need strategy — they need alignment. Through her two signature pathways — Culture Reset & Alignment for Growth and Culture Rewiring for Transformation — she helps schools shift from burnout to breakthrough, replacing outdated systems with conscious, sustainable leadership models rooted in emotional intelligence, nervous-system awareness, and values-driven accountability.
Inspired deeply by her son William’s journey with Autism, ADHD, and ODD, Christina has become a leading voice for inclusive education and holistic school design, blending neuroscience, somatics, and educational strategy to create environments where all children — and the adults who serve them — can flourish.
Christina holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Florida International University and Graduate Certificates in School Management and Leadership from Harvard’s Graduate Schools of Education and Business. In 2021, she received the Innovation Award from the American Montessori Society, recognizing her pioneering approach to whole-system school transformation.
Today, from her home in Miami with her children Gabrielle and William, Christina continues to expand EduCares’ mission:
to awaken conscious leadership in education and guide schools to become ecosystems of growth, healing, and human potential.
